Never go to a party, family dinner or friends house (especially where there are temptations) on an empty stomach. The hungrier you are, the more likely you are to make bad nutrition choices. I recommend eating some vegetables, fruit, nuts or any other healthy alternative before arriving at your destination, and don’t forget your water! Water is one of the best ways to fill up and trick your body in to thinking it’s full.
What to do: Perform 15 reps of each exercise. Once you have finished the circuit, rest for 1-2 minutes and repeat 2-3 times.

Don’t forget to warm up and cool down before and after exercising to help avoid injury.
Use dumbbells or resistance bands that are challenging.
