Once these 12 days are up you will be well on your way to achieving your health and fitness goals.
DECIDE that you will be successful
The first step towards lasting weight loss is making the decision to be successful. In every successful fitness story, there was a time in that person’s life where they finally said ‘enough is enough’ and made the decision from that day forward that they were going to change their life. For some people that change may happen with a health scare, seeing a unflattering photo of themselves or maybe they don’t want to be where they are today in 6 months time. The change starts with your decision to commit to getting fit and healthy. Once you commit to a healthy lifestyle, you will be well on your way to achieving all of your health and fitness goals, no matter how big or small!
You may be sitting there not feeling worthy of weight-loss, but nothing will change until you decide that you are worth the effort. You can do this. You can be successful, happy, healthy and fit; you just have to decide to take the plunge and make a change. I want you to make the decision right now that from this day forward, success is your only option. Can I count you in? Great! Now lets take a look at what will be covered in the upcoming 12 days:

Today’s Task: Getting to the bottom of WHY you want to lose weight
There are many different reasons a person may want to shed the weight, but getting to the bottom of why you want to get fit and healthy is a crucial first step. Today I have included a motivational worksheet for you to print and fill out. I want you to really think hard about the reason/s why YOU want to lose weight/get lean/lose body fat, or whatever your health and fitness goal may be. I want you to dig deep. Remember: Whether you think you can or you think you can’t, you’re right.
Keep this sheet somewhere safe where it is easily accessible to look at when you need it (you will also need it in a few days time). This piece of paper will be the first step towards staying motivated on your journey.
