Are you after a quick and easy breakfast that is high in protein and will keep you feeling full? Then give these protein pancakes a go!
2 egg whites (or you can omit the whole egg and just use 3 egg whites for a lower fat content)
1/2 scoop chocolate casein protein powder (you can use whey if preferred)
1/3 cup traditional oats
1 small banana
2 tbsp milk
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
2. Pour a pancake size amount of mixture into a preheated non-stick fry pan. When bubbles appear on the surface of the pancake, flip it over. Repeat with the rest of the mixture.
3. Top with Bell Plantation PB2, a dash of cinnamon and banana slices.
