1/2 cup uncooked oats
2-3 egg whites
1/2 mashed banana
1/2 cup fresh or frozen berries of your choice
2 tsp chia seeds
1 tsp stevia
Sprinkle of cinnamon
1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl
2. Pour mixture into a preheated fry pan and ‘scramble’ until cooked (like you would with scrambled eggs).
3. Transfer to a bowl and enjoy!
