As promised, here is the recipe for the dessert I have named casein chocolate mousse. It tastes as good as, if not better than regular sugar-laden mousse and will definitely be a staple in my diet from now on! (I know it doesn’t look flattering, but trust me – it tastes delicious!).
1 scoop chocolate casein protein powder
1 tbsp peanut butter (or 2 tbsp PB2)
2 tsp unsweetened cocoa
2 tsp stevia
1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional)
milk or water to mix
Combine the first 4 or 5 ingredients.
Slowly add milk or water until it forms a sticky thick consistency.
Put in the freezer for 30 minutes (for mousse) and 1 hour+ (for ice cream consistency)
