As soon as I tasted this gooey chocolaty goodness I just knew I had to share it with you all! This healthy, simple to make protein mug cake is a great alternative to chocolate or lava cake.
1 egg white
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 scoop chocolate casein protein powder
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tbsp of oat or coconut flour
1/3 cup milk
1 tsp stevia (optional)
1/2 tbsp natural peanut butter
1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl.
2. Spray a mug with non stick baking spray and pour batter into the mug.
3. Heat on high in the microwave for 60-90 seconds.
4. Tip out onto a plate and top with 1/2 tbsp natural peanut butter.
