This is my current go-to breakfast at the moment. It is quick, easy to make and fills you up!
3 egg whites
1/2 cup oatmeal
1/2 scoop protein powder
1/2 cup crushed frozen raspberries
dash of cinnamon
a few drops of stevia
1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix until combined.
2. Heat a non stick fry pan over medium heat and spray with cooking spray. Add mixture to the pan and ‘scramble’ until cooked.
3. Serve and enjoy!
