Chocolate Raspberry Oatmeal Crumble

This is my current go-to breakfast at the moment. It is quick, easy to make and fills you up!

Ingredients
3 egg whites
1/2 cup oatmeal
1/2 scoop protein powder
1/2 cup crushed frozen raspberries
dash of cinnamon
a few drops of stevia

Method
1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix until combined.
2. Heat a non stick fry pan over medium heat and spray with cooking spray. Add mixture to the pan and ‘scramble’ until cooked.
3. Serve and enjoy!

    This looks so good! Have you tried making a large batch at once to have it on hand? If so, how did you store it? I will definitely be trying this!

      Thank you! I have not tried making a large batch before as I’m not sure how well it would keep. If I did make a big batch I would probably only make enough for the following two days and just store it in the fridge.
