I have a Certificate 3 & 4 in Fitness – Fitness Instructing and Personal Training, attained through the Australian Fitness Network.
What does your exercise week look like?
Monday: Bicep, triceps, legs & cardio circuit (45 mins)
Tuesday: 45 mins cardio on an empty stomach
Wednesday: Rest
Thursday: AM Cardio (30 mins) & legs & shoulders circuit (25 mins)
Friday: 40 mins cardio on an empty stomach
Saturday: Chest, back & cardio circuit (30 mins)
Sunday: Rest
How many calories do you eat each day?
I am 163cm (5’3), 59kg (130lbs) and I exercise 5 days per week. For weight-loss I eat 1800 calories per day and for maintenance I eat 2100 calories per day.
