This marathon training schedule is ideal for intermediate runners who run at least 40kms (25miles) weekly and/or has already completed a half marathon and wants to complete a full marathon. This 24 week program consists of 5 days of training and 2 days of rest covering between 45 & 75kms per week throughout the duration of the program.
