Treadmill Workout

I wanted to quickly share with you the treadmill workout I did today. It takes 30-40 minutes (depending on how much time you have). Feel free make it shorter or longer to suit you!

Start with a 5 minute warm up

2 minute jog
1 minute sprint
3 minutes highest incline walk
Repeat for 25 minutes

Finish with a 5 minute cool down walk
